Your First Appointment - Wills or Powers of Attorney

Prior to attending our office for your first appointment it would be helpful for you to document the following information:

  1. Full names and addresses of your potential Executors;
  2. Full names and addresses of your potential Beneficiaries;
  3. Particulars as to any superannuation funds including the name of the Trustee;
  4. A copy of the Trust Deed for any self-managed superannuation fund;
  5. A copy of the Trust Deed for any Family Discretionary Trust;
  6. Details of any businesses and business structures;
  7. Company directorships/shareholdings;
  8. Particulars of your current assets including an estimate of value. 

Powers of Attorney 

Full name, address and telephone number of any proposed Attorneys.
